Our Lancashire based private health care company

OnCall Doctors is a Lancashire based private health care company set up by local GPs each with more than 15 years’ experience of working in the UK health sector.  We provide private GPs, specialists, blood tests and scans including MRI.  Our services are approved by the CQC- the health regulator in England.

We started our company because we realised that patients’ problems are becoming more complex especially in older adults, and that traditional 10-minute models very often mean that the doctor doesn’t have enough time to deal with everything in a professional and compassionate manner.  We believe in solving your health problems however long it takes. Furthermore, we believe that you should see a doctor first, a diagnosis and treatment agreed and then see other health professionals if required.  Quick testing and scanning mean we can start treatment quicker.

Our doctors have experience of using video consultations. We will provide you with opportunities for video or face to face consultations.

We will strive for you to deal with the same GP or specialist wherever possible so that your journey is smoother and the experience much better.  Our centre will be operating 7 days a week to ensure we can be responsive to your needs.

Our new centre on the prestigious Whitehills Business Park will offer a modern stylish environment, raising the game in patient experience.  We will also showcase the latest products related to health and wearable technology giving you the opportunities to keep up to date with advances in your condition.

We are passionate about the areas we serve – not least because Lancashire is the place many of our team are from. We can offer pay-as-you-go, subscription models or insurance (after accreditation).
